Services offered by MC Sistemi
 
Our company, ISO9001 certified, in order to respect quality protocol, gives its customers following post-selling services:
 
  • telephone assistance for discovering, analysis and resolution of problems that customers may have during preparation and installation of products;
  • teleassistance for discovering, analysis and resolution of problems and remote firmware and software update;
  • development of updating and changes for software and product firmware in order to increase continually basic functionalities;
  • development of new software for implementation of special functionalities that can increase basic ones;
  • repairs of products with malfunctions.
Some of those services are given after signing a technical assistance contract.
 
Our services are given during working days, from 8:30 up to 12:30 and from 13:30 up to 17:30, with Red Code priority when a technical assistance contract is present and with Green Code priority in other cases.
